Leader opportunities
World Challenge's Leaders are a key factor in ensuring the success and safety of all our expeditions and programmes. As such, we not only look to recruit the best possible Leaders through our rigorous selection procedures but also provide full training to all our Leaders to enable them to develop their potential.

We aim to develop enthusiastic and motivated individuals' technical qualifications and practical experience through a combination of subsidised NGB training courses and carefully selected placements on existing expeditions.

All potential Leaders must pass a free Potential Leader Training and Assessment Course before they are eligible to lead a World Challenge expedition.

How does the process work?
If you are interested in leading for World Challenge, please see what opportunities are available in the UK or overseas. If you meet the minimum requirements shown for the UK or overseas leading, please contact the Leader Management Team on    leaderinfo@world-challenge.co.uk.
