Minimum requirements:

• Experience of leading groups in the wilderness 
• Developing world travel experience
• Widerness First Responder  
• Experience of working with 14 - 18 year olds
• Applicants should be of a suitable age difference to the Challengers. This is normally 21 for UK work and 24 for overseas expeditions
