World Challenge's Canada based opportunities range from working as one of a team of leaders on a 1-day developmental programme, to leading 5-day residential expeditions.

Minimum requirements

• All Canadian Leaders working on residential expeditions should be at least trained in an NGB award e.g. ORCA (Ontario Recreational Canoe Association),  Ontario Rock Climbing Association, Canadian Rivers Council also accepted. Leaders with good facilitation and youth development skills are also welcome
• All Canadian Leaders working on 1-day developmental programmes need youth development experience
