Career progression
All staff take part in a Progressive Qualification Induction Scheme (PQS) to ensure that they are fully equipped for their role and for any roles that they may be interested on moving into within the company.
This scheme includes job related training, company knowledge training and other courses designed to help staff to achieve their goals. For example, in order that staff can be fully aware of overseas expedition side of World Challenge, most staff will at some stage participate in an expedition themselves. In order to do this they must have First Aid training which can be included as part of their PQS.
