If you don’t want to travel, we can come to you. We can turn any open space within your school grounds or nearby into a challenging course of practical leadership tasks or even an overnight camp site.
These courses have been run for group sizes of more than 1000 students over a number of days so there is no limit to what can be achieved! 

We can travel all over Canada and can even bring a mobile climbing wall if required. The content of these courses can be designed to address a school’s particular needs.

Although itineraries can be designed to address particular requirements, our most popular school-based activities are:

 

Developing potential
A rewarding, exciting learning experience appropriate for the students’ year group with leadership, planning and time management training, plus other curriculum-based needs.

Transition & inductions
Grade 9 induction course allows students to get to know each other, easing their transition from middle to secondary school and Grade 11/12 inductions prepare students for roles in student leadership

Prefect training
Tailored Prefect selection and team training help students understand a Prefect’s responsibility and develop leadership skills for the position.
An extensive range of practical leadership tasks will ensure students have fun while learning to manage their time, make decisions, work together and lead others.

Our experienced Leaders will facilitate the process to ensure all students get involved and contribute to the team. Regular reviews ensure lessons are learnt that can be taken back to school.
