The Partnership is essentially a package of complete skills development which we help you to create by drawing together under one framework all the various leadership and teamwork activities currently in place in the school.


The partnership includes the Learning to Lead Award which encourages pupils to develop in and out of the classroom as they take on more responsibility for themselves, others, and their environment.

It is a cost-effective, sustainable programme that includes advice on leadership opportunities in school, staff consultancy and training, the provision of practical leadership tasks and experiential expeditions in Canada and overseas for pupils from Grades 3 to 8.
